Transformation Center — Land & Building Project
After more than 30 years of mobile ministry, FEM-I is now preparing to build its first permanent Transformation Center — a place for worship, discipleship, education, skills training, and community programs.
Phase 1 begins with purchasing land and constructing a simple multi-purpose sanctuary. This center will serve as a stable foundation for all ministries for generations to come.
For more than three decades, Favored Evangelistic Ministries International has served communities across Uganda through mobile outreach—preaching the Gospel, discipling believers, nurturing families, teaching youth, and responding to urgent needs wherever they arise. From house-to-house prayer to open-field crusades, from children’s teaching to women’s empowerment, every step of the journey has been marked by faith, resilience, and compassion.
But the heart of the ministry has remained unchanged: to restore dignity, strengthen families, and bring the love of Jesus to those who feel forgotten.
A Vision Coming to Life
After years of praying, waiting, and faithfully serving with limited resources, FEM-I is now taking a historic step — the establishment of its first permanent Transformation Center.
This center will become a stable home where ministry can grow sustainably, without the constant pressure of renting spaces, transporting equipment, or operating in unpredictable conditions. It will gather everything FEM-I has been doing for decades into one safe, accessible, and permanent place.
The Center will serve as:
A Sanctuary for Worship: A dedicated place for prayer, teaching, and fellowship.
A Discipleship Hub: Training believers of all ages to grow in faith and purpose.
An Education & Literacy Center: Offering adult education, children’s learning, and tutoring for those who never had access to school.
A Skills & Empowerment Center: Providing vocational training for youth, women, and vulnerable families.
A Compassion Headquarters: Coordinating support for widows, orphans, and struggling households.
A Community Refuge: A place where hope, support, and transformation meet.
Phase 1 — Laying the Foundation
The first stage begins with:
Purchasing land in Mbarara, Uganda.
Constructing a simple multi-purpose sanctuary that will temporarily serve as:
a worship hall
a classroom
a training space
a gathering place for community programs.
This initial step creates the foundation upon which every future ministry building will stand.
